Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. However, if it is within 72 hours of the program start time a refund cannot be issued.

No refunds will be issued for individual missed sessions by participant for any reason such as inclement weather, tardiness, or illness.

Enrollment of a program by a drop in purchase cannot be transferred to another date. If you cannot attend the drop in session which you enrolled and would like to attend on another date you will have to purchase enrollment for that day.

No refunds will be issued for cancellation of sessions by Raising Wild Ones for any reason such as inclement weather or illness. A reschedule date will be made available when/if possible. A refund will not be issued due to inability to attend reschedule date.

No refunds will be issued if a session must be ended early for any reason such as inclement weather or illness.
